Hands down, breakfast is the best tasting meal of the day. Often times it's dessert and a meal rolled in one.

One of our favorite breakfasts was a buffet of pork at our hotel in Prague. Bacon, pork sausage, pork cold cuts... all it was missing was hooves and snout.

The salt dried out my mouth for the rest of the day. I have never eaten that much pork or drank that much water since Prague.

you know, last night i had a sudden craving for eggs benedict, so i went out to a cafe for a breakfast-dinner. the hollandaise sauce was seriously like a small teaspoon amount plonked on top of the egg! if only i could find a place that does an eggs benedict like the ones you're enjoying!!
oh, and i love brunches with friends too! something i always do when i go back to nz.

I read somewhere that in our modern busy lifestyles, missing a proper "breakfast" is tantamount to losing a great pleasure in life.
